Refund Policy

The provider of services works with each patient to discuss treatment options and their objectives, and to thoroughly review likely outcomes, benefits, and risks associated with each treatment. Once services are purchased, they will not be refunded.

However, to ensure our patients always receive the greatest experience, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service for which the patient is clinically eligible as determined by the provider of services. Cash Equivalents are not transferable.

For Skin Care Products, all sales are final. However, should the patient have a reaction to one of the skin products, it can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

All injectable treatment sales (Botox, Juvederm, Radiesse, Restylane, Perlane, and Sculptra) are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

This allows us to offer your time slot to another client and maintain efficient scheduling for all patients.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment:
  • No charge. Your deposit will be fully applied to your rescheduled visit.
  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment:
  • A 25% cancellation fee will apply, or you may forfeit your deposit (whichever is greater).
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment:
  • A 50% cancellation fee will apply, or your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
  • A 100% cancellation fee of the scheduled service amount will be charged. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Late Arrivals
We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.

If you arrive later than 10 minutes after your scheduled time, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee may apply.

Medical Emergencies or Unforeseen Circumstances
We understand that emergencies may occur. Exceptions to this policy may be made at management’s discretion, provided appropriate documentation is submitted (for example, medical or emergency verification)
