I tried a couple of other laser places before coming here, but I wasn’t happy with my experience. I’ve been coming here since they first opened, and I’m so glad I found them. I wanted to try a few individual laser hair removal sessions first, and after seeing my results, I decided to get the lifetime package because I honestly didn’t want to go anywhere else. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming, and they’re always willing to help. They make every visit comfortable, and I’ve always had a great experience. I would definitely recommend them.

I went in for an IPL treatment to remove a small dark spot on my face, and instead of improving it, the spot became significantly darker after the procedure. It appears the wrong intensity/settings were used during treatment, causing additional pigmentation issues. What’s even more concerning is that this clinic does not have a licensed dermatologist on-site supervising these procedures. After consulting with a reputable dermatologist in Beverly Hills, I was informed that the treatment was improperly performed and likely caused the worsening of my skin condition. I am now in the process of pursuing legal action due to the damage caused and the cost of corrective treatments. Be extremely careful before trusting this place with your skin. IPL treatments are medical-grade procedures and should only be performed under proper medical supervision by qualified professionals.🚨🚨🚨
