I tried a couple of other laser places before coming here, but I wasn’t happy with my experience. I’ve been coming here since they first opened, and I’m so glad I found them. I wanted to try a few individual laser hair removal sessions first, and after seeing my results, I decided to get the lifetime package because I honestly didn’t want to go anywhere else. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming, and they’re always willing to help. They make every visit comfortable, and I’ve always had a great experience. I went in for an IPL treatment to remove a small dark spot on my face, and instead of improving it, the spot became significantly darker after the procedure. It appears the wrong intensity/settings were used during treatment, causing additional pigmentation issues. What’s even more concerning is that this clinic does not have a licensed dermatologist on-site supervising these procedures. After consulting with a reputable dermatologist in Beverly Hills, I was informed that the treatment was improperly performed and likely caused the worsening of my skin condition. I am now in the process of pursuing legal action due to the damage caused and the cost of corrective treatments. Be extremely careful before trusting this place with your skin.
